Brill is one of those absolutely beautiful flat fish species that is incredibly easy to cook as well as stunningly delicious to eat. Thanks to the amazing dish at BRAT, people are more familiar with Turbot these days, but I'd argue that Brill is just as good and equally as meaty. All it needs is heaps of salt and pepper, extra virgin olive oil and tonnes of fresh rosemary over the top and it'll crackle away in an over in 20 minutes. Simple as you like.

What you'll receive:

  • 600g: 1 x 500-1kg,   or 2 x 140-300g fillets 
  • 1.2kg: 1 x 1-2kg,  or 2 x 280-600g fillets 
  • 2.2kg: 1 x 2-3kg , or 2 x 550-900g fillets 
  • 3kg+ : 1 x 3kg+, or 2 x 850g+ fillets 

This fish feeds:

  • 600g: 2 people  
  • 1.2kg: 2-4 people
  • 2.2kg: 4-6 people
  • 3kg+: 6-8 people

We suggest to eat within: 4 days of landing
