Horse mackerel is an incredible British species that is highly prized by the best Japanese chefs and Mediterranean consumers. Therefore, it’s bananas that we don’t eat more of it over here! Caught on the rod and line - so it’s incredibly selectively fished - they have a similar flavour to their cousin, the humble mackerel. A very fresh meat that is perfect for sashimi, but also great when grilled with a bit of salt and oil. Very quick to prepare and cook and absolutely delicious.

What you'll receive:
- 150g: 100g-200g x 4 fish = 8 fillets between 25-40g each
- 300g: 200-400g x 2 fish = 4 fillets between 40-80g each
- 500g: 400-600g x 1 fish = 2 fillets between 80-120g each
These fish will feed:
